1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at goldzino-casino.ca, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age, a resident of Canada, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Account Registration

You may only hold one account at GoldZino Casino. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to a 35x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Maximum bet with an active bonus is $5 per spin/hand. Bonuses expire 30 days from crediting if wagering requirements are not completed. Only one bonus may be active at any time.

4. Eligible Games

Slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Blackjack, video poker, and table games contribute 10%. Live casino games, baccarat, roulette, and jackpot games contribute 0% to bonus wagering requirements.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed according to the methods described in our Banking section. Withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification. Minimum withdrawal is $20. GoldZino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Activity

The following are strictly prohibited: using automated bots, exploiting software errors, participating from prohibited jurisdictions, operating multiple accounts, and any form of collusion. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, contact our customer support team first. If unresolved within 14 days, disputes may be escalated to the licensing authority. GoldZino's decision on disputed matters is final pending regulatory review.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a Canadian consumer under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
